Mesh scaffolding is a biopolymer mesh that is designed to aid in the healing process; it is created using bioengineered components that are reabsorbed by your body as the tissue regenerates. The mesh material completely dissolves and leaves strong, newly formed, firm tissue that will support the breasts like an internal bra.
Your breast lift procedure can be combined with other techniques such as a body fat transfer, which takes purified fat from other parts of the body (most commonly from the hips or waist) and transfers refined fat cells to the breasts. You can also add breast augmentation to your lift to add volume and cleavage to your breasts. Conversely, if the breasts contain too much fat and are being weighed down, then a breast reduction may benefit you. Synthetic

Made from polyglactin 910, which is an absorbable, synthetic, braided mesh, this option is composed of a copolymer formed from 90% glycolide and 10% L-lactide.
